Event Ticket Policy
Thank you for supporting our curated experiences. Please review our ticket policy carefully before purchasing.
All event tickets are for in-person attendance unless otherwise explicitly stated in the event description. If an event is virtual or hybrid, it will be clearly indicated on the event page.
Due to the intimate and curated nature of our events, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, no-shows, or misunderstandings regarding event format.
Our events are intentionally designed as small, thoughtfully curated experiences with limited capacity. Each ticket purchase directly contributes to venue coordination, staffing, materials, and overall event production. Because of this, we cannot accommodate cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest by notifying us via email at least 24 hours prior to the event with the new attendee’s full name and contact information.
