If there’s one thing Solo Para Ti has taught me, it’s that community is everything.
When I first started this little business from my aunt’s kitchen, I thought I was just creating skincare. Just something gentle enough for my sensitive skin and hopefully helpful to a few others. I never imagined that it would become the bridge connecting me to hundreds of people — especially trailblazing, powerhouse women who inspire me every single day.
This past weekend, Solo Para Ti had the honor of sponsoring my friend Rachel’s networking event, and I left with the fullest heart. It wasn’t just a pop-up. It wasn’t just another event. It was a reminder of why we do what we do.
I watched women from all different backgrounds come together, share stories, uplift one another, and celebrate their wins — big and small. To be in a room filled with so much ambition and so much heart… it reminded me that we *need* each other. It reminded me that community isn’t optional. It’s essential.
And honestly? It amazes me how skincare is what brought me here.
How making body butter in my kitchen led me to meet women who have become friends, mentors, collaborators, and family. How selling a face oil turned into conversations that change my perspective, opportunities that stretch my vision, and connections that fill my cup more than anything else.
Solo Para Ti might have started because I wanted to heal my own skin — but it’s become so much bigger than skincare.
It’s about connection.

It’s about showing up for one another and creating spaces where we all feel seen and celebrated.
Events like Rachel’s remind me why I’m so passionate about what I do. You never know who you’ll meet, who you’ll help, or who will pour into you just by showing up and being open. Being a small business owner can be hard and even lonely at times — but community makes it worth it. Community makes it beautiful.
